Job description
The job involves planning and optimizing transport routes, coordinating the work of drivers and ensuring the smooth running of transport. You will also communicate with customers, prepare the necessary documentation, monitor the condition of vehicles and solve any problems. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and quality of services.
What do we expect from you?
Secondary education with a high school diploma, professional education in logistics, transport or a similar field is an advantage .
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Excellent knowledge of Czech and English, knowledge of German at a communicative level is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of working with a PC, MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of specialized software for transport and logistics.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, drivers and other team members.
Ability to plan, coordinate and optimize transportation processes.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and respond to changes.
Consistency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
Driving license category B, category C or C+E is an advantage.
